The bangs on the girl hat looks very odd to me.  Though I do have a question on Sims 3 and hats: are they handled the same way like in the sims 2 where it's a hair mesh?

I think they are made as a hair mesh but unlike hairs, the hat/ribbon part can be patterned.

Yep, that's supposedly her... According to a comment, the creator slapped a Scarlet Johansson face mask on her. It also seems the creator hasn't figured out how to delete negative comments:
