You said you were in highschool - the statisitical likelihood that you are 18 and not a 12 is -slim-.  That and the boss-fish is saying you are acting like a 12 too.

Always listen to the boss-fish, unless you feel like getting banned. If he thinks you're acting like a kid, you'll never hear the end of it until you hit legal age or get banned by him. He doesn't mind the older folk disagreeing with him, but he won't take it from the younger crowd unless they really state their case and show backbone. DON'T try to act like an insulted personage of rank, it won't work.

So it must be mentally retarded, then. if it claims to be in "high school" and yet not a 12, meaning you were held back. That is NOT an improvement. More importantly, the rules of the site say nothing about the issue, merely that you are required to convincingly pretend to be older than 12. I am unconvinced, so you are STILL 12. So DIE 12!

Pes, there is such a thing as a cut-off date. You have to be five years of age before October 5th of the given year, otherwise you may not start kindergarten.  On the opposite side of it, if you are born early in the year, of course there is a good chance that you will be eighteen at the time of graduation when you start school at the age of five. Say you were born in February and start school the fall of the year you turn five. Add thirteen years to that and in the normal course of things, barring being shoved ahead a grade because of extreme brilliance in your studies, you will be eighteen at the time of graduation.

I was 18 when I graduated - was born in April.  Most folks i went to school with were 18 by June.  But as I said, statistically, its much more likely a high schooler is going to be 12, not 18.

And yes, us old farts can back talk other - but then, a good bit of that comes from knowing each other.  I'd -NEVER- walk into a social group and start off back-talking anyone, even in jest.  Its just not done.  Among my friends?  Yeah, I'll goof off and be silly, but that's with my -friends-.

You're new here, kid.  Whether or not you are 18, you're still new.  Do us a favor and try and pretend someone taught you manners.
