the problem is not really the item itself but the glitches.it was reported several times as not working and the animations are all wrong...Still, she refused to correct it and made it pay!

It's definitely a Swedish tradition. I don't know if it's also a Norwegian one. My grandmother dressed me as Lucia a couple times when I was a kid, and she certainly didn't light the candles. I've never seen a grown woman or teenager dressed as Lucia, the TSR ones look ridiculous.
