Someone posted an update very similar to that at My Sim Site (down right now) and their username was something similar to agnat.  The closest thing I could find is this here at Express sims under makeup. Beautifully down - and this may have been what I was remembering.

Pregnancy is the one time in your life when you actually need support for your breasts. Strapless corsets are quite simply a big no no if you don't want to end up looking like Mimi the dairy cow. But then again why expect better from the twee twelves at TSR? If it were up to them they'd have newborns in thong diapers!

I'm going to start boycotting this thread until we move past this page, scrolling down and seeing that red dress that looks like a blood clot, is starting to seriously piss me off.
