You can't really monopolize a default-selection site avatar, so nobody can claim first use on those.

I didn't know that the cat one was a default, since I have never looked through them. I said that they had one that someone else had, it wasn't about you or anything. Sorry about the confusion.

Yeah the cat one i use now is a default one from this site.(so no first claims are on those as Pescado said)..the one Karu uses isnt...i found it on another site for Avi'sand icons and put it as mine...though i suspected id seen it elsewhere! In all fairness though, it doesnt belong to Karu as she never made it...so anyone is entitled to use it and Karu doesnt have a right to object...buuttt...as i am new on here and would like to stay, i dont want to cause arguments or fall out with anyone...so i was quite happy to change it.


Ive changed it again...so i hope everyone is okay with this one...and i hope no-one else has it! Because i like this one...its my fav dog!

I like your new avi, ferncapel, but you were under no obligation to change your original one.  You've already given more than enough reasons why. 

The butthurt Karu has gotten over the years from a newbie using the same picture as an avatar as him/her has almost reached epic proportions.  It's never not funny.  I'm tempted to make it my avatar, just to be an asshole.

Sorry to rerail for a minute, but the new 'goffick and industrial' Princess Padre is really starting to grate on my nerves. Is it a rule at TSR that the "artists" can only do one specialty? Evi and her pedophile outfits, DOT's shape, and now Princess' attempt to rip off GOS? It's really getting irritating..
