I need to decide on the pattern for my sweater [take 2] and start it up.  And I need to finish the trim for the estonian lace smoke ring I knit up and make a pdf of the pattern and share it on ravelry.

It's the giant size of the stitches that really brings out the stretched texture mapping that really makes that set.

(And I have great admiration for anyone who has the patience to knit to the point of finishing something.  I made scarves, and that was enough to send me nuts!)

Don't get me wrong, I've got unfinished projects around too - but I'd finished my first attempt at a sweater and it was a little too small, so I took it all back out.  It was a good sweater though - so I'm hopeful my second attmpt will come out fine - and its encouraged me to consider making sweaters over the year for my neice and nephew - I just need to use machine washable yarns.

Thats really cool you knit. My grandma used to knit, but doesn't really do it anymore. My dad knows how to, but its been forever since he did any.

I tried learning how to knit for a good whole week before I finally gave up lol. It was actually a lot of fun--I just get too busy. I wish I knew where my stuff was so i can resume making my most awesome-o scarf lol

I find it funny that all you can do is complain about other people. How is it your business if people pay for something or not, If I want to pay for something that's my prerogative not yours. So, put your money where your mouth is and create something. I would love to criticize you.

A house built on a pool.  I see those every day where I live.   Oh wait a moment, no I don't. 

I'd assume this is like having an island getaway for Sims who have a fear about ocean water and prefer the clean, crisp, heavily chorlinated pool water.
