Chaz's stuff is just poor quality. Amazingly it does in fact look *better* in the previews then what the actual downloads look like. I swear he puts more effort into the previews..In my ignorant youth, I did plunder a couple of his full sims to get the skintones to blend them and other such editing fun - discovered that he only bothers to edit one fecking age and gender in the skintones. Wow, such skill ¬.¬

So, Jutta has returned to TSR, and has a bunch of lovelies in upcoming (am sure she wants to get back to FA position again). This one is particularly unique..

That is just awful!  The one on the end is particularly awful - bumpmapped within an inch of its life, and looks like the cloning source was a jumper of some kind. Yurck.

Oh, lordy. That habit is made of 87.43% fail. The remaining percentage is additives and sawdust, because Jutta cuts so many corners that going for 'made entirely of fail' made her other 'creations' look state-of-the-art.

She just used a Maxis hair mesh and MS Paint. If it was well made, even on a wonky hair mesh, that would be one thing. I'd freaking applaud. But it's badly made, and it comes from TSR. CC isn't supposed to be pretentious works of art, but it's not supposed to be as simple as googling an image, copy-and-pasting it and then floodfilling the remainder, either.

I can sometimes tell who Chaz's sims are supposed to be.
Its like he takes people, stretches their faces out of proportion, engorges their pores and blotches their skin, gives them horrible hair, and craptacular outfits, then looses them into the community.

I don't think of this as bad so much as very old school.. if we'd seen this a few years ago, we'd have thought this was cool. This is the big reason why I'm not just putting my old free content back up as-is.. because times have changed since I made it and I need to be aware of that..

With this creator, it looks like they've been living in the TSR bubble and not spending enough time on MTS so they keep their skills decent.

Plus unless there's a reason, photoshopping to hell is badbadbad..

On the topic of fugly nuns (sort of), does anybody know where I can get a nice Catholic priest's outfit? All black with a white collar? I've seen a few but none that I particularly liked. Not sure which one's I've seen, either, just to make it harder for you.
