Yes the textures in Sims 3 are blurry if you leave them on default settings- what you want to do - if you have graphics card that will handle it instead of the bare minimum card in the specifications is to set your Sim, and Texture Details in your graphics settins on high or very high. This will solve most of the problem.

Nice! There also seems to be something else that causes blurryness but according to some people in MTS create it just happems randomly to some people.

They are for ts3 as lewisb stated I just converted them for ts3 I am so glad that the creators have given me permission to convert their creations for ts3,
So much clutter I  don't know what to convert next as there is so much of it lol.
