The forums are back up now. Y'all oughta read the rules and regulations now in the new TSR Forum Charter. Still going on about the PG-13 thing. Yep, and they'll still throw nude skins and thongs on the front page too. Right. PG-13. Gotcha.  :wink:

Awhile back (long time back), I was going through the freebies (which was like shifting through a ton of shit to find maybe 3 decent things), and I noticed this rather non pg 13 add in middle of the page, it was one of those *friendly* dating sites with a woman in bra and panties..

With the changes to the TSR forum, we now have to agree to the forum rules.  The following I do not agree with, so I will never be part of that forum.  Who gets to decide if a complaint is valid?  And, what would constitute as complaint material?

The Forum administrators also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you. Furthermore, you agree, through your use of this service, to permit the staff of the TSR Forums at The Sims Resource to inform our members if you have broken any of our membership rules or had your membership revoked from the site.

Sounds really creepy.  Not sure declaring what they will do makes it above board.  Some contracts are deemed unbinding by their nature.

It seems to me that TSR misunderstood some other's similar disclaimers, exactly like Rose did with the chinese paypal's one.

In my country we use to say "Dio li fa e poi li accoppia" (they are made for each other) - literally "God made them and then mated them".

Ah, I'm clean. I cancelled my TSR sub through PayPal. As refreshing as a good poop.  

With the recent changes and those wacko forum rules and other garbage, I can't say I feel safe there any longer. It stinks of no-goodedness.
