Okay, after reading that post and then a google, I stumbled upon this little website

It has few facts, being the conviction...but there are some things that make me cringe, such as their "proof" of women being paid by Delphy.  You can't enlarge these images or read them too clearly, and while the writer claims that he used MTS2 money, there is no proof of that.

I don't know much at all about Delphy or everything that surrounds him, so I'm not on any "sides", but this site is accusing him of embezzlement without any major evidence.

Doesn't that then fall under Libel, meaning they could be sued in the real world..?

FW - I didn't think it was Jan.  I am just comparing the bullshit written being the same type of bullshit that Jan dreamed up.  Where she said whatever whether it was true or not.  I don't think this was Jan.  My vote's on someone at TSR.

I just wish someone would seriously go down to the EA headquarters and bust a cap in someone's ass.

On my way to school I always pass a big shiny EA building, I could stop in one day and ask whose ass I'd need to bust a cap in to get them to take back their silly comment about TSR being their top fansite. Of course they'd probably have security escort me out, but it could be worth a shot. I'm pretty sure they deal with sims things up in Redwood though, and I have no idea where they keep their legal departments hidden.
