It's because the TSR search system phails.

If you search for a "whore house", it finds everything that has the word "whore" or "house" in the description.

I think they are supposed to be the pink triangles, as in the symbol for gay.  (literally, symbol for homosexuals, not that stupid "oh that's gay" phrase I hate so much.) I think because of the way they are all badly done though, when I scrolled up just now to look at them, they did kind of look like hearts.  The little ones at least.  Then I had to scroll away again, as it is so bright it burns my eyes.
