Can you imagine those incredibly tasteless outfits with Navetsea's skintones? Oh man...I actually quite like her/his skins to tell you the truth, but not on teenage ho's.
It's not what is underneath that makes it slutty, just how it's presented, and here it's presented in an incredibly cheap and hypocritical way. It's just so fucking ugly!

See the middle one...now see the bottom one...same outfit, different color right? 
Notice the bottom one has no cootchie hair, but notice how the middle one has a definite 'hair' action going on   
It has a definite coloring between the legs that the other outift doesnt have.
