From what I can see it's not a pay site. Yes, they ask for donations but that seems to be to keep advertisements off their forum and to buy more upload space. It does not look like they give anything in return for the donations except their gratitude.

They do have a restricted forum where they are sharing pay files such as Peggy and Raon's newest hairs, objects, etc. They have a list of requirements to get into the forum that they expect everyone wanting access to meet. The requirements aren't that hard - no warnings from an admin, don't spam the  forum, reaching a certain post limit with helpful, informative posts. In essence they're trying to encourage an active, friendly forum and are using the pay files as the reward. More power to them. The files they are offering as a reward aren't obtainable only through them, though (like Simbella's were). They're all in the booty (at least as far as I saw).

So, nothing there for us to do... except, maybe snag some of the cute outfits Yoshi and Nisa have created for our simmies...

And back on the original topic, snooping at their forum http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Ffancy-sims-2.org.ua&langpair=ru%7Cen&hl=ru&ie=UTF8 from what I gather from it, they started back in September, have now added a file share section which you have to apply to get access to. There is also an available download of Bon Voyage on the main site..mmm..
