HChangeri - another confusing move

Well, HChangeri has done another confusing thing.  Apparently she has a forum which is not about chat, but rather about posting recolours of her stuff. Only thing is she's the only one posting, AND she doesn't want to talk or listen to you at all....SCUM!

Feb 15:  The Retail Sims Forum is now online but should be considered BETA.  The point of the forum is not to foster community but to provide recolorists and lot builders who have used my work a place to provide links to their downloads and / or post their work for all to use.  I'm going to start the ball rolling by posting recolors that I know of already.  You must be at least 13 to register.

for one: does anyone even recolor retail sims crap?
two: does she need a category for every single possible recolor just in case someone makes one?
Someone should remind her of the K.I.S.S general rule for creating websites/forums. If she wanted to create a forum for recolors she should have started out making a general area for people to upload and a separate area just for links to pre-existing recolors--then if there got to be too many, separate into categories. Having so many empty categories makes her forum look pathethic and sad. But that's ok because it's just "beta" which means she's just testing it out and it could completely disappear or break tomorrow :roll:
And Tasarla, I don't know when she started affiliating with exnem but it shouldn't be a surprise.

It's generally the "reason" only through a very poor understanding of what, exactly, COPPA is about. COPPA technically doesn't restrict 12 year olds from joining any forum, merely the collection of personal information from them, including names, addresses, or emails. If you don't collect any of this information, COPPA does not apply to you. We don't allow 12 year olds here not because of COPPA, but simply because I hate kids.
