 wow, thanks for all the links! that is by far my fav kitchen too, and her new one will be another favorite.

 I have to say that is the only thing I am enjoying about the sims3, is that you can recolour everything the way you want very easily.. besides that I am sticking to the sims 2 .

 Yep it is a skin tone, you if breed them you get a  a baby with some scary screwed up face full of make up.

 And those shirts are very amature ( sp? ), that is the kind of stuff people make when they first start creating. I am all for new T shirts but don't expect to get payed for something a 12 can make in 10 minutes.

 Do you mean electronics boutique??? Because the one here will not return anything even if it is unopened. The best you can do is a store credit that is not even worth half of what you payed for the game. My husband bought a game and did not even leave the mall, he walked out of the store and his brother told him that he will lend him his copy. Not even 5 minutes after buying that game  that was unopened they would only take it back for part store credit. I know other people who bought systems from them and had major issues. We learned fast that around here, not too many serious gamers deal with them ( plus they are over priced) Maybe they just try to take advantage that they are one of the only game stores in our town.

 those are my favorite dark skins ( I also like rensim..but there is that whole pay or not pay debate about her but she makes the only skin tone that s anything like my own).

 Tsr must have a policy against hacks, except for the deco slots.  I could put this in ask a pirate, but I wanted to know if anyone else makes an object rotators like Anoeska B? I know Lord Darcy makes slots. I have omsp but can not find  something like that. That is probably the only handy thing I have seen on tsr for a long time.

 And I am loving the build set, I already have the bathroom and is sitting pretty in a few of my homes.  I went from having over 50 thousand downloads to over 30. I must resist the clicky button!

I'm not saying we should beat up the British (Or, every white American for that matter)  what's done is done.  However, to just casually brush it off like it was no big deal, just doesn't sit right with me.  And the way you said they could revive their language, forgive me if I misunderstood, but that came across to me like you were almost accusing them of being lazy about it.  "It's your own fault you're not speaking your native language!" when that is so not the case.

 


 People like to think that it happened a million years ago, but the last residential school in Canada only closed down in the 1980's. I think 1984 to be exact. My father had sisters taken away never to be seen or heard from again. When I went to high school it was a church school who made us speak french only and made fun of our faith and culture. And even tho I am Canadian, I get told by strangers here in nova scotia to speak English or get out of "their" country. Just on Sunday I was on the bus speaking my native to my young son and I was told by 2 old men that I should go back to my country and that "foreigners" like me take all the jobs. Idiots had no clue.
 I do not hate all white people, I hate the government for covering up history and not educating people. anyways that is enough heavy thinking for me today lol

 I am native, Inuit to be exact or Eskimo. When I say I am esl  most assume I am not Canadian or north American. I grew up speaking Inuktitut , then french. When I say I am from the north pole I mean it! lol there was 300 people in my town and there was no roads in or out just plans in the summer. Even tho I am an adult I had to take ESL classes when I moved to nova scotia. It was funny because I was sitting in class with people who were not from canada, my people always have been here but I could not even order a coffee at tim Horton's.

 Native languages are still alive in some parts of the world. The language of the Celts is too. Here in Nova Scotia  there is celtic schools that teach it .

 So thank you soggyfox for remembering us savages lol!

Those walls are nasty! I noticed a lot of FA's are making walls a lot lately, that is something so basic, (and who needs new walls when there is about a million out there ) If I was thomass I would be cracking my whip for something that takes more than 3 minutes to make.

 I have an exotic pet, he was a rescue. The scarlet Macaw is one of the largest parrots and are very intelligent and could also break your bones with their beaks. We tried looking into an animal sanctuary to take him, none close will because they only deal with domestic wild critters. We would have to send him to florida on our own money , which would be around 2 thousand dollars. Plus the stress of being quarantined may kill him.
 Max is too be respected, he is very love able but will bite if threatened... he was abused and still has issues.  so idiot neighbours who want me to introduce their kids to Max I say NO. He hates fingers coming at his face and that is the first things kids do... or they pull his feathers, another big no no.
 Idiots get these birds and have no idea they require tons of special care and can be dangerous. We respect Max and he respects us... he is more of a rommate then a pet  lol!
