I agree about Pilar, missymoo. She has her own site, SimsControl, and usually she uploads there. I haven't seen the sets she uploaded to TSR on the site, yet. All I can gather is she is trying to get a job @ TSR.

Searching for Vega chair in google has brought up these results. The first one, Jasper Morrison Vega chairs have some better designs. Wish they would try those.

Wow, if you mess up a mesh, you can upload anyway and call it Lady Gaga? I guess it would be okay if they tried to make it right, but you can see the flesh colored sides that stick out, and the under sides of the pants are flesh colored also. There is no such thing as quality there, those uploads prove it.

That sims 2 chair is truly ugly. Bad thing for Sims 2 is the textures are always that way til someone makes a retexture. At least in sims 3 the textures can be changed in game. I wonder if that's Murano's cause there is an ugly dining chair for Sims 3. Yep, it's pay.

Not that I found this hair ugly, but it was pay this morning til subscribers started complaining it doesn't work. The LOD is missing and when you zoom out, it looks like the mesh it was cloned from.

Bad thing is Thomas made it free, then advised users to "There is a missing lod file (level of detail), an update will be posted soon. If you zoom in further in-game you will see it properly already now." So is he saying that you can't zoom out and expect it to work? We should keep it in our games, and make do with it? What is he smoking, crack?

TS3 also have the 2 tile long mission window like TS2. Leesester has already converted that mesh for over the counter. Now Mutske makes this for pay and it's already free. Well, since it's a Sims3Pack, it will piggyback to any free created lot offered for download.

The creators are coming along with great stuff for TS3. Hmm, doing great with "free modding tools".

It has been a few months since I played TS2, but the chairs have a Suza style from "SimplyStyling".  I don't remember Mango having those chairs, but they are very nice looking at pictures.

I tried, I failed on the compression part. I did everything you said, made my package, renamed it, dragged over the s3rc.exe put into the Mods/Packages folder, started game.  No show. Had the bright idea to try CTU, the compressed files showed as original meshes, but the whole body was the textures, head to shoes. I laughed so hard.

Delphy's multi-installer made the package files, but naming them would be a  mess if I had a batch to do. Compressed a copy of the packages with s3rc.exe, turned on the game, no show.
Deleted those compressed files and moved the original .package files extracted by the multi-installer and they showed up in the game. I guess I can only keep the original size after all. I must be doing something wrong. Bummer.

At least I have .package files now. Yay.

When I saw that lipgloss at TSR, my first thought was "half-licked off sperm" for the white stuff. If that site wasn't skanky enough, that lipgloss can take it to "shankyhood".  Might be perfect for Sims 3 porn stories...
