Edit! Just a heads up, you may want to compressorize those files, though. I downloaded them all, compressorized, and saved 26 MB. That's a tad big! Reduced them to 6, though, so that's not bad at all.

This kinda made me think.
Someone read me an excerpt from a book called "When I say no, I feel guilty" and the whole book is about assertiveness. It's from the 70s, but it's still relevant, and really insightful. Anyhow, there's a bit on how customer service representatives use certain techniques to make people feel bad or crazy or stupid for returning a product. It's classic manipulation, and it's oozing out of TSR by the assload. But I'd bet there are a good few people there that could use to read that book, or one like it. Because when one gets used to being walked on, it doesn't seem so bad when someone treads lightly. But that one just doesn't realize that someone shouldn't be treading at all. It kind of makes me sad to know that some of those TSR sheeple just don't seem to understand it.

Hmmm. This is not the first time she's touched on that theme. I wonder what she's got against pirates? That poll's really stupid, though. Everyone knows that pirates don't vanish, blind people can't be pirates because they can't secure the rigging, there's no such thing as Robin Hood, and she shouldn't knock rum because it's clearly the largest component to creating those poor, hideous kids she keeps putting those ghastly outfits on.

Cat: YES. My first thought was "Oh, hell, it's the Hipless Girl's sidekick." Leave it to Snarky to burn the image directly into the brain!

Back to business, then: Everyone must see this work of... art? Yeah, art. Or something.

Well, I figure I'll get it eventually, but I'm trying to put that off as long as humanly possible. Till, like, never. So I'm trying to stay away from places I know will have nice pictures of new Sims or really pretty patterns. Basically, AweSims. Also, no pictures where they show the neighborhood zoomed out. Damn that horribly beautiful view and its stupid despicable gorgeous breathtakeyness.

Oh, Lord. Chaz strikes TS3. What a waste of toilet paper that ass is. And the comments on that Sim - "This is the best sim I've seen in the Sims 3 game thus far!!!" Eleventy-freaking-one. Seriously, aside from that nighmaringly freakish toddler pic floating around GoS, that... thing... is most certainly the worst Sims3 Sim I've seen. Though I'm sure it won't be for long, what with Chaz being Chaz and all.
