If the cap fits wear it.  TSR are knee deep in this and they can't deny it. No matter how they got their grubby little hands on the list, they have the list, they will use it to their own advantage.  It doesn't matter how someone believes they got the list, they again have been found to be sharing private information of over 600 people.  I believe that now this is out there, if you support TSR in any way you are responsible for anything that happens to any of those people on the list, if you are supporting TSR you are enabling their behavior,  you are condoning and justifying their behavior, you are funding them, allowing their activities to persist.

I have been following this for a couple of days now. Just for the record, as you are all already aware of where the list comes from, I am on the list and only on Bluesoup's petition do the email and name used appear together. If I was Thomas I wouldn't have passed that around, as what he has isn't a list of pirates, it's a list of people who totally dislike him and everything he stands for. I know that's why my name is there.  He must be so proud to have a list that long.  Is it coincidence that everyone he has used to pass information on is female? or is that just what Thomas is, a coward who hides behind women.

The cocktail dress (which I suspect is held up by excitement alone) has ruined everything for me.  I am seeing peens everywhere.  I can see one on the back of that aerie's model, the shoulder blades making the head.

God give me strength.  Do they have to do what they are told every time. This will only get worse, I honestly believe that Thomas & Co will not be able to keep their money lust at bay on this one.  Donations will never be enough for them.  The community has already paid for this with the vast profits TSR has made out of their subs.  All I can say is if people keeping bending over so easily they deserve to be fucked.

She could do hair, and based on that picture, she could change her name to Cara big bobs

Paden is spot, in the UK  twat is also a sharp slap as in " He insulted me so I twatted him"  or "If you don't shut up I will twat you"  As for Thomass and being mean by saying the ass is short for Jackass, I have never used in that context I use it to mean he is a total asshole.

This boggles my mind. I don't understand this mentality at all. I mean I am all for reading a range of opinions to make an informed choice, but I also want direct experience to be able to decide for myself. I would never think, 'Oh I wonder if I should go check out that site. Let me see what other people say about it' I would just go!

The only way of knowing about this site at the time was reading conversations about it.  On most sites it really was the site that must not be named (including freesites) google really was your friend as no linking was allowed, most conversations about it were negative.  I did look for it and find it, it was just a while before I joined and commited myself to this site as there was a lot of posts to catch up on to get the real picture.  Didn't take long to work out that people will say anything, and do anything to make what they do seem legitimate, even rewrite the EULA when asked questions about it by noobs and newbies. All that aside you're right Motoki, mind boggliing.

Honestly though, given how many Simmers I've met over the years who play no other PC game (maybe "casual games" like on the flash sites), it kind of doesn't surprise me.  They have no basis of comparison.  I also have no faith at all in humanity other than to assert their universe given right to be morons.  So you know, grain of salt and all.

I can really relate to this.  I only play the sims, I have never joined or participated in any other forums any where on the internet. The way some people behave in the community sometimes still shocks me.  It took ages to sign up here, because I had read people's opinions about the site before coming here I was more swayed by those opinions.  I was so naive I was a TSR wet dream.  If I had gone there first I would have loved the atmosphere,  the fake helpfulness, and yes, because I hadn't really checked into the free/paysite debate I would have subscribed to TSR, after all I wouldn't have been paying for downloads, I would be paying to be a special member of their site.  So luck was smiling on me when I didn't click that link on the BBS.

Thanks Miss bonbon,  I didn't realise she had done that, I thought she had just taken her stuff from other places and stuck it up for pay.  The way she has done it sucks big time.

I am not familiar with Sironasims or how long it has been a paysite but the first two premium downloads were posted by admin on 12th August 2009 yet the comments on it are from Oct/Nov 2008.

It beggars belief how many different ways TSR comes up with to screw with people.  Nevar forget, Nevar forgive.

The bit where she was doing her Yoga handstand had to be the most eyebleaching effect so far.  Did no one else see the similarity to a vag (inside out vag at that). It just stared up at you from the screen.  I swear at one point it winked at me.

Well that answers WB and Shannow's questions on how they were hacked.  I am not shocked by this though, nothing that TSR does surprises me anymore. The shame is that there will be members of TSR that will swallow their explanation without question.  That bloody tool raises more questions than they give answers to anyway.  Fucking Bastards.  I take it RYG has denounced Thomas and banned him from their site as Nightmare stated they would.
14  The Pirate Ship / ARR! / Re: Oh EA, you money-greedy bastards. ): on: 2009 August 04, 10:10:13
I don't see anything on mod the sims that would be considered non PG13. I understand the adult content used to be on mod the sims until they split it off, sexy sims also needs separate registration.  If I had a young teen I would feel safer them visiting modthesims rather than TSR.  The only reason I can see for TSR not wanting any of the members being able to link to MTS is:-

They would be able to see better quality downloads than their FA's for free.
A forum where things are discussed fairly openly, they are bound to read something about TSR's wrong doings.
It wouldn't be long before the members of TSR realised MTS is doing and has been doing for years, something that TSR claims can't be done, running a huge site without one single pay file to pay for bandwidth with everything that could be needed for simming.
The real reason TSR doesn't want links to MTS on their site,  Fear.
15  The Pirate Ship / ARR! / Re: Well here we go, I present the first TS3 Pay items thanks to Peggy on: 2009 July 31, 04:01:08
I fired off a letter to EA stating how concerned I was about them linking to "pirate" sites on their forum (peggyzone) who is using software that she doesn't have  permission to use, to create and sell custom content ( WesH's tool). Also having pirated custom content from MTS on her site.  It goes both ways pirated cannot only be about paid content being shared without creators consent, it is ALL content being shared without creators consent. I also sent them a copy of their EULA incase they haven't had the chance to read it yet.  They wonder why nobody takes them seriously.
