i wouldnt be surprised if lyric somehow had his mts2/s2c password (perhaps he even gave it to her) and she was the one sitting on s2c constantly checking the paysite thread and making all of those crazy posts and insulting everyone.
Just a quick browsing of the awful site shows that he is pretty much the least active person on his site lol his last post was two weeks ago and before that, he was active constantly until april.
So maybe he's decided to be less active in the sims community but continue making money off it while lyric runs his site for him and updates almost everyday with ugly crap to try to entice people to stay (or to sign up). She probably even put the idea into his head lol  :roll:
i also think that he is going to try to make money off of other gaming communities especially once he stops making money off of the sims one. Although I cant remember a time when his sims site was free so maybe he did the bait and switch thing with his ts2 site back in the day.

Disney website says you can use disney images as long as it is not for commercial purposes. I am guessing the only way you'd get a shitfit from disney is if you: defame their characters (shame on you) or sell whatever you made with their images on it (*points at exnem*)
If you want to make wallpapers and share them for free, they wont complain, its just free advertising for them. Although I think they would appreciate it more if people specifically said "Disney's Little Mermaid Official website: http://disney.com" ya know, actually credit them, so that people might visit the website and buy crap.

ea considers anything not made by them to be custom content aka user-made content (they use both terms on the site itself) so yes.
The first part of the response from EA seems canned. The whole "incident, concerns" part. But the rest seems specific to what she asked, unless they have alot of people asking them if its ok to sell their creations lol

i was in the icu for a few weeks when i was little and my mom stayed as much as she could and only left to shower and sleep. And she only did that when i told her to leave since her snoring beside my bed was making it so i couldnt hear the tv lol

If my mom wasnt an e-tard, she might have had time to check her email or post a quick blog update, but not to load up a few programs (photoshop,bodyshop,etc), sit around for awhile making content, wait for the game to load to do screenies, then take screenies and upload the files through FTP and add them to new pages on a website?
That would take up alot of her day right there. Unless you own a website and create things, you dont know how long it actually takes (unless you're doing atwa crap and floodfilling everything). And she seems to be updating pretty frequently and posting frequently for someone who claims to be at the hospital all day everyday.

She has always asked for donations on the site, but now that she has a baby she feels the need to post up a giant slideshow of incredibly closeup pics of her sick baby and say "guess what if you donate now you'll save money!!" She even put that slideshow on the "light version" which is supposed to have less graphics and load quicker for those on dialup or slow internet. That seems like shes trying pretty hard to make money off of peoples emotions.  That's crap. Whether the situation is real or she googled for the images.

And I wonder why Chelle only registered to post in this thread and defend her.

i think that the more adult conversations were going on in mts2's live chat: adult channel not social. When I was in there, delphy spent his time flirting and talking to the "ladies" in adult, not the (underage) girls in social.

i also dont understand that page, first she says shes a lesbian practically engaged to her gf, then she says delphy violated her eyeballs, then she says she wants to lose her virginity (to a man she has a crush on). I stopped reading after that. If these secrets are all supposed to come from the same person, they arent consistent and appear more to be "me practicing my storytelling and photoshopping skills" than anything else.

i'm not sure which of her clothes you're talking about but i have tons of her clothing (and recolors of them) and none of them have done what you're talking about. So maybe you have something in there thats conflicting with it. Like the wear anything while pregnant hack or whatever?

And i thought from the title of this thread it was about buggy sites, not buggy items lol A buggy site i dont like is sunair since it doesnt work with firefox and i <3 firefox plus the pages take awhile to load (flash or whatever it is) even though i'm using high-speed internet

they are about half pay half free. and little to no english. they post their updates in english on other forums though to try to entice people over there to buy their stuff.
none of it is all that special though, i mean you can get similar stuff for free on mts2 and elsewhere.
would be more trouble than its worth for someone to go over there and try to get the files to add to the booty, unless that person understands polish lol

there are so many things wrong with that site.
#1 the frontpage's text
#2 the about page is completely empty
#3 Links page has only one link it says "Sims Official Site" www.sims.com which isnt even a sims site lol
#4 clicking on download leads you to a page that says to register first
(why would anyone want to register when you arent even showing previews--you can only show so many previews on a mainpage)
#5 according to the statistics they have 5 files but pixelated says 4 of those are donation
#6 charging money for copying and pasting (someone else's photographs i'm guessing) and using only a free maxis-given program
#7 based on the preview pic pixelated shared, it looks worse than things you can get for free on mts2, and only slightly better than the crap on tsr/exchange

are those $3 for each of the 4? meaning $12 for all of the donation walls? are they even for sims2? they have a sims1 image up so those might not even be sims2 wallpapers theyre charging for lol

If you were going from a yahoo group, wouldnt you try moving to a free hosting site first, even if you were going to make it a paysite?

its the norm for all the larger sims forums, and the only small ones that allow that long-quote double/triple posting bullshit are ones that like to spam it up with posts like "lol me too!!!" "you're right" "haha thats gr8!"

if you see a post  on an old thread look over at the quote button and right click it then choose "open in new tab" or "open in new window" then when you are done reading the whole thread, click reply at the end of the thread, and copy/paste all the quotes.
then you should edit the quotes to only include the actual part you are replying to. Like if someone gives a 4 paragraph long rant about fat sims, but there is one line that says somethin bad about girl sims and you want to reply to that part, remove all the extra crap.

actually her sims1 stuff was ok. but the second she got sims2 her "talent" went to crap. she has a page on there so you can see her sims1 stuff otherwise i wouldnt have known lol and if you check the domain whois, she lives in like ohio or something. they dont dress like that there lol i am not sure where she thinks people dress like that

all you have to do is click on the pictures and the file starts downloading. Are you going to the flickr group or something? that might be whats asking you for a password.
i dont like this "new look" with the flash and the waiting to load crap.  making it unnecessarily harder to get to what you want. he needs to stop looking to glance/peggy for webdesign inspiration lol

but there is no way for them to know if the downloader did either of those things. So basically its their creative way of saying "look at my wonderful pictures too bad you cant have my creations" ? Or does this site let you choose a "project" and proceed to download?
