Why wrath, when there're macros? Oh, and changing entire text of your post isn't really polite.

Have you seen the other works by Arenaria? This person is to clothes what Atwat is to furniture. :?
(Those who decide to take a tour to /booty/tsr/arenaria folder - be warned. Be very warned)

Well, the recentedest picture is poor Alek Wek in what seems are concrete boots and cardboard blouse. Quite lulzworthy, I say.
Is it me or garbs on the other models look somewhat more abysmal than on Chuck? It's probably because Chuck's so dreadful that anything that's on him kinda fades into background. :?

At my job we have a 4 step program called L.A.S.T. Listen Apologize Satisfy Thank
Yeah, but that's the kind of bureaucratic process that tends to mostly drive home the canned, ineffectual nature of your system. I prefer the following system: Listen Acknowledge Fix Fuck Off. It makes for a much faster turn-around. Besides, everyone knows customers are never satisfied, so just fix the problem and fuck off. Another reason why it's better is because the first letters ain't making any stupid acronym. The only thing worse than stupid corporate acronyms are motivational posters.

You must be psychic, because I hear they have already done that.
Dude, if they get away with it again, then I say the sheep that corporate scum patronizingly calls 'consumers' totally deserve what those shitpieces allow to do to them. I am actually very glad that Sims were bundled with Securom - until it was just 'Bioshock' and such problem, it was invisible, for Bioshock is a game for gamers. But when mainstream gets involved, it becomes real to hope for some damage done.

The Pirate Ship / ARR! / Looking for Aikea Guinea's Sims

Dude, not wanting to share your Sims is one thing, but handing them out and then getting pissy about them being, you know, used is a whole'nother thing. She gotta set her priorities set - either keep them to herself and get no fangirls, or post them and get her ego fed, but be aware her precious creatures ain't safe anymore. And even one is annoyed by that, it's not difficult to calculate that a hissy fit would make you look daft and keep your emo reaction to self. Comparisons with Gaiman are ridiculous even if they aren't in AG's favour (duh!), because one is a world famous yet self-conscious writer with great sense of humour, and another is a e-drama queen who makes emo soapies out of goofy goofy game. Aaaand here be a little makeover for ya'll: Tristan the Lumberjack - look how happy he is, poor darling! Bet that meanie Aikea never allows him to smustle because that's sooo not emo.

Aahahahahaha! This thing is soooo going to get forwarded a lot, thank you! As for Aikea's tribe, methinks I still have Tristan the Floating Disembodied Head somewhere in campus, but no others. Will redress him into something by Parsimonious next time I visit campus, that's for sure.

Leaves me wanting to collect AG's Sims, dress them up in bright cheerful floral patterns, make them healthily plump and innocently blond, snap the shots of them farting at the table, catching butterflies or doing something equally mysterious and gothy, and make a LJ just to post the pictures. Taunting pseudo-Goths is such a sweet and not really guilty pleasure of mine

And most of us are guilty of removing pool ladders from time to time. I ain't! Too messy ghosts. Starvation Through Woohoo is my favest non-mod killing method. But the Pirate Toy is wrong - I mean, double pistols? That's for "The Matrix" or John Woo movies, not pirates.

The Pirate Ship / ARR! / who's the best and the worst TSR creators?
|
on: 2007 August 03, 07:52:51
|
Who's the suckiest on TSR? I'd say Chaz with his plastic hair and models who look like someone just out of Pet Sematary.
Atwa? Totally can't be the worst creator simply because she ain't a creator at all. She's a destroyer.

Can somebody answer this: Why do you guys like her sims so much? Like Feverish I don't really think there's anything special about them. Do you just want them because you CAN'T have them?\
Might be at least partially true -- after all, I downloaded that Tristan thing just because of hype (although no hype in the world would persuade me to have any of Schuldig's androgynous zombies, so it's not ALL about the hype...). Then I discovered that the make-up of devoted boozer fits him perfectly, and then that his skin disappears when in water so I had much fun woohooing him in bathtub, and eventually I got kind of attached to that poor ugly bastard. (Not enough to get any other of AK's sims, though - one of a distinctive creator's works is enough for breeding purposes)
