I really really detest the type of people who slam others in forums. Each trying to be nastier than the other.
No doubt I'll be trolled but that's okay. I see this as my pet project...you want to kill paysites and I want to bring you all some humility and grace.
In some circles you are despised as much as the paysites. Did you know that?
you modestly accept thanks from people like me who would normally thank people like you if you had class...and you look for your next site.
Your failure at a comprehensive post amuses me. You hate people who slam others in forums? Isn't that what you're doing, coming here to "slam" us all? And you think we need humility and grace while you waltz in here with your holier than thou attitude. Interesting. Next time you pick up a "pet project," try to be less of a hypocrite. kthxbye. |

indieish, your Sim is quite unique looking. Personally, I think his eyes might be a little bit too high, but that's a matter of personal preference.
Yaardam, I didn't realize this was a place to bash free creators. The "psoriasis," as you've named it, is a decoration on an Enayla fantasy skintone. Enayla - and indieish - being free creators, I think maybe your message was a bit harsh.

Ah, see this is where I'd like to jump in. I've been saying to the husband for months now that someone - not necessarily me - but someone needs to write in to Games for Windows (the computer gaming mag we subscribe to - shit I said the "s" word!) because it would be interesting to see if they would have the cajones to write an article about T.G.P.D. They are so focused on WoW right now (and have been for, oh I don't know, ever) that I'd be surprised if they even knew that an online community existed for The Sims2 (and not made up of only 12 year olds). "Real gamers" read that magazine and putting it out there for them might just be what this debate needs for EA to take a stand. So yeah, I'm all fired up now and about to fall asleep while I type, but I just wrote a long-ass letter that I plan on typing up and mailing in ASAP. I'd send it via their feedback form, but I don't want to type it all up only to find out it has some sort of bullshit character limit. I plan on including links to the FAQ here (as well as recommending the Arr! section of this site as a whole), Nouk's online petition, aeolson's online article (if that is okay with you aeolson), the "TSR is a sucky-ass sucky website" thread, and at least one other thread I found where folks are debating the legalities of not only paysites but file sharing. Any one got any other links involving The Great Paysite Debate? Either share 'em (because as Sparkle's signature states: Sharing is Caring) or if you write to any gaming mags (whether it be GfW or something else) include them yourself. But we should definitely do this thing. I think you should also include the HChangeri blackhat attacks, and any sort of documents that describe the paysite owners stealing paypal information. This would show that not only are paysites illegal, but their owners do other illegal things...AND EA does nothing to stop them. |

I've invited her over to talk about it and give her more info for maybe future publications... I hope she's interrested.
So, anyone interrested in contacting some specific online gaming magazines about this? Or are you only here to complain and download? :wink: I'm interested. But how do we go about this contacting business? Should we just kind of forward the article onto them, along with other information that has been contacted? And I don't read gaming magazines, so I'm not sure who to contact. But I would like to help! |

I know that celebrity Sims are quite popular...although a bit creepy.
So instead of Chaz or Jirka, go to ReginaS
I'm not certain if there is a creator of high-demand pay make-up, but if so, Bruno at MTS2 would clearly be the better option.

Pineapple, I would download that sim if my game were working at the moment. Does she need any expansion packs to function? (My computer sucks and at the best of times it will only handle the base game and NL  ) She's absolutely stunning! And lol@ the merkin. I heard Peaches handed them out at one of her concerts a few years back. Well, I have up to Bon Voyage, so I'm not certain if you need those EPs to work. She's wearing base game clothing...and I thought if she was installed using Clean Installer, you don't need the EPs, but I'm not certain. |

Eyes, eyes, eyes..I think they're Helaene. Either the Luna, which I'm thinking not so much, or one of her older ones...Sparkling, maybe? I like her too pineapple, only her mouth is too sad, is it supposed to be all frowny or is she just expressing displeasure in the game? Perhaps a bad smell?
Her mouth is supposed to be like that. I liked the frowny look for her. But, no big deal if it's not for you. I'm glad you like the other aspects of her. |

I don't have those, and I would absolutely love if you could send them to me. I second this request, if you wouldn't mind. I like Enayla's work a lot.
