It is not, the creator is Studio Maya, where one can download meshes for free. Sims2Sisters take credits as artists, and calling themself featured artists after stealing and selling..

Not anymore, now they (Peggy, Rose and some other) can afford buying hairmeshes from studios around the world, but they still steal meshes,
taken credits for it, dishonest $%!!@sss!!
