I don't really understand taking away your files from there if you just decided you aren't going to create and aren't going to help with them. You aren't required to help people who have problems with your uploads. Just leave them. People can still download them. If they want to whine and complain and send PMs because they can't open the package file (idiots) they can go right ahead. You aren't checking it anyways.

A rotating free schedule is still a paysite. If I go on a fansite and can't get all the pixels now unless I give you money, you are charging for content. If I give you a donation, I should get nothing. Just warm fuzzies. Ah, but on what timescale? I don't know if it's improved lately, but there was a time it took a few days to download something from MTS2 if you were not a subscriber No timescale. Now means now. I don't know how MTS2 was in the far past, as I didn't start going there until maybe 4 months ago. TSR had me thoroughly convinced that they were the only worthy Sims site back then. But now, everything on MTS2 is immediately available. I don't donate there...at least I haven't. I've just given bits and pieces to random sites. |

Ugh. Her stuff is mostly unimpressive crap anyways. She's great at ripping images, but her own textures are blah to bad. And, of course, there's rampant copyright issues with her donation files : Playboy, Elle, GlickenPaint. Go for it, TSR. More stuff to get in trouble for.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall and hear anyone try that argument in court, but your honor they're doing the same thing, their just not charging for it. It's not fair they go after just us! Wahhh! I'm quite sure those that were sharing music and got singled out felt the same way, but that argument didn't hold water in court. Any lawyer stupid enough to make that statement couldn't have passed the bar. The EULA clearly states that making content with their tools and distributing it is allowed, just not charging. |

I took birth control pills for a month(not as a contraceptive) and when I went back to see my doctor I told her I wasn't taking them anymore. PMS sucks. I only needed to have it once to know how awful it is. I'm staying away from those damn pills. Bad pill/person combo. I can't be on the pill anymore (benign tumor on my liver that sees extra hormones and says "Eeek! Kill it! Kill it! Save some blood for later!"). But I was for years. I found that I had to be on one specific pill or I'd have cramps and moodiness (which I don't have undrugged). My HMO at the time kept changing the formulary and bumped me to other drugs, but my doctor kept writing them letters to get exceptions made for me to have Triphasil covered. |

I used to wear a sports bra all the time. They were comfortable, and gave me the support I needed. I also had to use sports bras because the hooks were just so uncomfortable on normal bras. My mum made me get some normal ones, and I'm so pissy all the time because they're uncomfortable.
And I hate NOT wearing something to have support. If I had my own money, I'd buy myself some more sports bras and be done with it, but I can't get a job [mum's interference again :evil:]. Now I have permanent marks on my chest from the damn hooks. Plus, I can only get underwire bras with the hook in front, so aside from the marks from the hooks I have lines under my boobs from the fucking underwire.
The lady in the bra department was like, "Oh yeah, it's best to wear normal brassieres blah blah blah I'm an old fart and don't know what I'm talking about!" I felt like punching her. She probably was wearing corsets, for god's sake, she was so old. -_- You shouldn't be getting lines from the underwires. It sounds like they are hitting the wrong spot. Probably too low, I have issues finding bras that don't do that as well. I've become a total snob about getting one bra and only one bra...by Lane Bryant, brand is Cacique...they have these microfiber or cotton demi bras that fit super well, don't gap, and feel almost like having nothing on. No itchy, no pinches, no marks. I have to use only cotton bras because of this nasty recurrent rash I got from pregnisone when I was in the hospital five years ago. Wearing cotton cuts down on the itchy. And no stupid front closure. Front closures aren't for big boobages, people! |

Raekira, I am your future.
I was a C in middle school. But freshman year, a D. I was a DD by the time I graduated. Now, I really should be a DDD, but I chose to go with a larger bandsize, cinch it, and keep the DD. It actually works better for their positioning for me. At least they keep up and happy while they are in a bra. Nothing looks worse than huge floopy boobs. Out of a bra, well, gravity's a bitch. Don't really have back pain, though. I started to get twinges about a year ago in my lower back. I do these exercises...kind of like reverse crunches with a resistence band...and it really strengthens my back. Helps with posture, too.
And flat ass? Yup. Got that. It's so flat that it hurts to do pilates because my tailbone has no padding.

Sweety, you can say "shit" here if you want. This isn't one of those silly commie places where you can't speak your mind. As form Carla Niven, I have one of her dresses. From the booty. It's pretty nice. However, everything is so incredibly extreme. The layout is bad (I should not have to scroll right-left when at a 1024x768 resolution). The whole sim model contest is ridiculous. And, well, paysite. |

FYI, I have a diatribe in my blog on the official site. I get a good amount of traffic and comments about my Alphabet Legacy stories as is, and lots of questions about the truckloads of custom content I use, so I posted about how paysites are bad, against EA's EULA, and linked to nouk's pictures of her emails. Not modded out.
I also just posted something in a "what's your fave fan site" thread in the BBS yesterday because all of them were listing paysites. I linked to PMBD and explained that paysites were against EA's EULA and encouraged them to not support them and to educate themselves. Mentioned that GM Spada had recently confirmed said illegality and the legality of redistributing paysite files in a free manner. Again, not modded. Also not commented on by any Maxoids. So either they are letting it slide but keeping mum, or they didn't see it.
