RubyRedJess, I don't have a problem with that as underwear or swimsuit.

I could see an advantage of a crutch like that, no waxing needed! If made with the same material as the ‘Fastswim’ Olympic swimsuits, maybe it would stay up but sequins in the water. 

Modern day equivalent of a chastity belt would look great under form fitting clothes.

This is just plain ugly and a pay item.
