Yeah, it gets even more serious when it's stolen & used for commercial purposes, especially for the identical ones. That's why most creators mark & sign their textures. It's more like pirating the pirates.

It seems like it was poorly made from "scratch". Stealing is always an option though, with the proper tweaking.  Wink

That looks like a crappy way to do it, because it should have its own texture instead, like in werewolves. He/she probably wanted to create a cat-man mutant, but sucked at it.
