Actually, I thought that was pretty much a backhander. Not 'I'm sorry I did something that doesn't work on this forum', but 'I'm sorry YOU FEEL THAT WAY'.
Must try harder.
I didn't say it stopped. But it's showing signs that ramming speed is being abandoned. Jentyre, do you know what Pescado years are? Do you know the rule of six? Do yo know the difference between '12' and 'a 12'? Because you're not allowed to post anymore until you do. I do know and I'm sorry. |

Technically, yes, if you have the money to hire an army of lawyers and the time to force EA to follow their own EULA...
It's just not going to happen that way. Trust me. We've been at this for a while now.
You don't need a lawyer, but you can send documented letters at least to EA, and the website owner(s) and see if they consider changing their tune. Or was that tried already? |

I do not believe that my age is any of your business. I will not tell you my age. You already DID. Uh.. I don't remember mentioning my age anywhere ... wait... I just checked my posts and my profile. My age is nowhere. So this can be dropped, I will say that I am a legal adult. |

If anything, it makes you a target and shows that you aren't eighteen and capable of handling the responsibility of posting like a big girl, even if you are in high school. It shows that you are a twelve and you don't wanna admit to being one of those here, it angers the fish-man. ETA: Paleo, stop that! I do not believe that my age is any of your business. I will not tell you my age. Plus, unlike you, I don't think that maturity is based on a number. I am a person who feels that my age does not matter, and if you ever met me, you will never think that I am the age that is on my driver's license. And I will say again that the only reason I used blue is because it is my favorite color, which should not be a big deal to you. But, if you do not like it, then I will use black or a different color from now on. |

Opps!! I'm sorry. I've been lurking about too long to do that. I have a mean streak that I am bad at controlling. I apologize to you all, I did not mean to be offensivel. I was already mad at the paysite idiots, but when reflexsims closed the forum... well... let's just say that I did calm down some before I wrote that post. Oh, and Moonie blue does not equal fail. It is my favorite color. But its okay if you don't like it. Hi, I'm new, and I, unfortunately have a TAR (oops!!) TSR account by this name, (if you look for me as a member of other forums you will see that I am not creative with my username for the sake of having a bad memory) I didn't know this type of bullshit was going on...... But.... I will be a little off topic here. (please forgive me, I am in High School; it is to be expected).... You know... I've been thinking about this for a while. AND I feel like I need to play lawyer for a minute and weigh in on this mess. Can I say that EA is a total dumbass if it sides with the paysites? Their End User Agreement is totally opposing that. Look it up on paysites.mustbedestroyed.org and see who can be taken to court for the hell of it. Do you see what I mean now? So, I'm just saying that Thomass (like your nickname for the _____sucker) is going to be completely chopped and skrewed if I get to have a conversation with him over his mess, and It goes for Marcela and any of the money-hungry punks out there, cause this girl can make you look so bad that you will want to kill yourself. ..Scusi? And please to be changing your font color back to black..my eyes they hurt.. I was just saying that if you look at the End User agreement, it's possible to just shut Thomas down and be done with him, (well, legally) Sorry if I was confusing |
