I'm not sure if anyone is familiar with Reddit but I created /r/thesims/ so I could post links to custom content, stories and forums about The Sims. At the time it was just for my own amusement but over the past two months I have gotten a few readers so I thought I would try and advertise it. Anyone can post anything related to The Sims games and users can upvote/downvote and comment on submissions. Someone already tried to report the link I posted to the Booty but I just laughed and ignored it. Reddit loves Pirates.

I think they only removed the mention of payfiles because of the comment I posted on Boolprop. This just happened within the last few hours so I am guessing they haven't yet had time to revamp the FAQ page. Rhea said that she didn't have a problem with PMBD having the files in the Booty and apparently they haven't even been offered for over a year anyway. I only posted in this thread because I think Boolprop as a freesite should be supported and previous mistakes have been corrected from what I have been able to ascertain. If you look through Boolprop Sims everything there is free now. So yay!

Because of this comment I was considering leaving Boolprop and mentioned something on the forum there. Rhea saw my post and explained to me that Boolprop doesn't offer any kind of payfiles anymore. They even removed the mention of payfiles from the Boolprop Sims FAQ. I just thought the people in this thread who commented on Boolprop should know that. I was going to leave Boolprop too but I feel confident enough after hearing Rhea's explanation that I am going to stay. I think the donation pack was a one-time mistake on their part and I want to support their decision to go 100% free custom content.
