After wading through endless pages, it seems to me (and excuse me if I'm stating the obvious), that TSR and Thomas must be in a world of hurt if he is taking this much effort to discredit anyone and everyone. Especially for a "business/fansite" as "large" as TSR is purportedly to be. One would think that he would just let all the accusations roll off his back (like any REAL business probably would). I guess, my question to him would be, "Why does all this hubbub bother you, if you can prove that you are in the right?" Now, obviously, restating myself, there has some questions about the legality and business practices of TSR and Thomas with his narrow-eyed interest on this site and others.
I hope I made sense.

Paperbeth, that is a beautiful piece! I totally agree that you should do your own thing in art. There is no right way to be artistic, but we all know crap when we see it. I took some of my practice sketches (done at work) to show my instructor, when another passed behind and peeped over my shoulder to look at them. His first comment was "wow, those are wonderful!" Second comment, "are they from life?" I drew sketches from profession photos of dead famous actors, so NO they're not from life. I can't have a model standing there in the middle of a rec center lobby posing for a quick sketch. He just hmpfs and says "oh" and walks off. This all from a man that draws the same model and her right boob plastered amid basically graffiti in every one of his paintings.  |

I don't normally toot my own horn, but look on MTS2 for my Lillian Gish sim. I think she came out good, considering I only had black and white images and a inked colour drawing./quote] Ok, you can make celeb sims, but nobody else!  Has anyone thought of taking a contract out on Chaz's (and/or Jirka's) computer? A hit man would probably do it for free if shown enough of his/her celeb sims. |

That hair looks like someones styled their pubes, cut them and haphazardly arranged them on top of the head  I feel sorry for anyone with pubes like that,... think I'd cut them off too,... wouldn't need them on my head though. I would like to make a formal plea for people to STOP simming celebs. If I was celeb, thank God I'm not, I would be horribly offended. I've only seen one decent sim celeb, and that was Elvira from MTS2. I didn't download it to see how it looked in game, though. |

Being young and not married, my underpants are cute AND comfortable. Meaning mostly boyshorts and hipsters. You could get away with that sort of thing. What was disturbing to me while shopping at Victoria's Secret,.. was that when I looked around the store, all I saw were rather large, elderly women ('m not quite that old,.... yet) buying frillies in bulk. I'm o.k. with that in general, but I didn't want the mental picture. And now you have it, so I feel better for sharing.  |
