What are you guys talking about, I love seeing my guys in form fitting ball suffocating undies! It makes me think of sweaty balls, which is exactly what I wanna imagine in my clean bed at night.
*gag*
I'm a boxers girl. Those undies, I have seen before, and they're really gross. My sim males don't need to overcompensate in that arena; They have already acknowledged their utter fugliness most of the time and they are satisfied with just getting some occasionally.

Like I said before...Hypocrisy Hell. EA wants to just keep milking The Sims like a bloated everlasting cash cow, and they're going to do and promote anything they can to make that happen.
T$R is a huge pay site. They have a crapload of people who pay to go there. It promotes The Sims. It promotes EA's moneywhoring. So EA is going to promote, support (in a sleazy, urinesoaked backroom sorta way) and drag them along for the ride.
They're disgusting pigs. Both of them; EA and T$R deserve to wallow in the dung filled trough they've filled together.
I mean,...come on. EA has been raping The Sims franchise for years. If anyone didn't think they were money grubbers by now, they had some platinum plated coins latched onto their eyelids. Inviting so many from T$R just highlights even more how they want to do anything they can to make more money.
Even if it means ignoring those that break their rules, so long as it benefits them.
***end rant

As someone pointed out on another board Maxis was guilty of doing the same thing to Bullfrog when it bought it out. I don't hold any illusions about why any for-profit entity does anything. Granted there are some companies that realize doing what benefits the customer is likely to generate profits, but even they will modify this to maxiimize profit.
Part of me wants to tell EA to screw off and not buy SIms 3, but the other part of my brain points out that it's only a goddam game and not that big an investment that I can't dump it if I choose. I'm just about to get rid of Spellforce2 and it's upgrade for being too bloody annoying and those were about the price of Sims 3. I confess I only DLed them to try out Steam and so far the experiment has been a Phail.
Tell EA to screw off. Don't buy Sims 3. Arr it instead. Don't give more money to them. The fact that they still support TSR...they're asshats, plain and simple. The last bit of money they got from me was Seasons and since they started SecureShit and I found out about the Payshite bullshit I've not given them another dime and have absolutely no intention of doing so. They can burn in the fiery depths of Hypocrisy Hell as far as I'm concerned.

The LDG light switches aren't bad, but there's some at MTS2 that I like better (from personal experience - ack! don't hit me). The LDG ones are categorized in deco, and unfortunately, so is damn near everything else in my downloads folder.
I use the Sims 2 categorizer to place things where I want them. For example, any deco I have that belongs in the bathroom goes into Plumbing, Misc. Any kitchen deco goes into Appliances, Misc so I can find it without going into Decorative for everything. Makes it real easy. You can find it at www.simwadrobe.com under the Sims 2 programs section. ** end detour **

Not to derail too badly here, but I thought this might be an ok place to post this picture. This is taken from back in July when I was still on TSR and stuff...before the lovely light of PMBD. I pm'd a Featured Artist asking about hairstyles in his preview pics..and he gave me a website to get the pay items for free. How lovely of him.

Our last neighbors were horrible. It was these two girls, both in the military, living above our heads. One of them had a little brother who came to visit and he'd run around our heads at all hours of the day and night. One of them walked like an elephant and was constantly clomping around, and the other one had phone conversations so loud we could hear them downstairs. Not to mention that their tv was so loud we had to blast ours to be able to hear it.
Then they were just disgusting. We have porches that are directly above/below each other. They'd dump trash off their porch, as well as dumping water out their door and over the porch for some god awful reason. Once, one of my kitties was napping next to the open porch door and got splashed with water because they were dumping from upstairs. We'd go up to complain and they'd say 'Ok, Ok' and then it would continue on. I got nasty a few times with them and they got nasty back...I kept complaining to the landlord. After a year they moved out. I think that the landlord neglected to renew their lease, but I'm not sure.

Another place to be wary of people using your identity is in the case of people using your SSN to work, in the US. When you get your annual Social Security Statement in the mail...you know, that paper booklet that tells you how much you've made over your lifetime and how much money you're estimated to get if you retire, become disabled....you should actually CHECK that and make sure the numbers are correct. You have no idea how many people have others working on their number...or have wages they've made not show up on their statment.
And remember kiddies, if it isn't showing up, you're not getting credit for it. And if it's showing up and you didn't make it, you'd better report so you don't get hit with any possible tax liability from the IRS.

I would (hopefully) guess that it's playing havock with TSR's business. Why else would they acknowledge something like this as opposed to putting their heads under rocks and claiming that it was all a vicious Photoshopped lie?

Thank you everyone. I was not being able to get to see it because I was at work and a lot of the images just don't load up properly there. Came home and saw the screenshot in the original post I'd first read, and wondered about screenshotage for. Edit: Zillah, by the way, absolutely awesome. I've contemplated bombing my profile for a while but haven't been really sure how to make it effective. I'm certaintly done creating there.
