As a Scot as I am offended by this; I hope you're being sarcastic with your comment - kilts are Celtic clothing, worn by Irish and Scottish men. They are an important part of our culture and history and we get mighty annoyed when people refer to them as skirts
Here's some information on the Kilt and is history: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KiltWell as a Scot you should know that those things on that picture are NOT KILTS, they have the same cut and line as most of the suit skirts in my closet. I think if someone wants to put their Sims into Kilts, then take the time and effort to find out what an actual kilt looks like.
