Palemato, you will feel like you are going to die. I had it as an adult. Aveeno baths helped some. I've never tried this (I got the formula after I got better), but I have a friend who swears by it:
Take one cup of regular oatmeal and put it in the blender and grind it super fine. Add 1/2 cup cornmeal and keep grinding to a powder. Add 1/4 cup powdered milk. Mix together and add to a warm bath. Soak for half an hour.
I hope you feel better soon.
Oh, and a lot of beer helps too! Just make sure it doesn't interfere with any meds you may be on.

Actually, what I do see in the thread is an outright refusal to post the address or phone number, despite the fact it is public information. Reading, its fundamental! Try it.

As a member/manager, Walt owns at least part (if not all) of Dirt Cheap Advertising. Also, being registered agent simply means that he is the designated person to recieve legal service for the company, not that the has any more or any less legal authority than other members (if there are any).

Sorry Dr. Borken, now I got it. You are talking about dirtcheapadvertising.com but I was writing that Dirt Cheap Advertising, LLC is the owner of insimenator.net. Actually, Dirt Cheap Advertising LLC owns both domains. I am also willng to bet Walt and his mom are the only members.

AW, were you asking about the domain, or the LLC. Dirt Cheap Advertising is a Virginia based LLC. Walt is listed as a member/manager and the resgistered agent. There could be other member/mangers (LLCs do not have shareholders) but they are not listed. The registered address is same one Walt uses for everything else (it is posted elsehwere, but I won't post it here).
edited: agent, not agents

Assuming the paysites had the EULA they want, I wonder if they realize that this means that their ability to protect "their" creations (their is used for purposes of argument, not because I believe it) would not realistically change.
First, to prohibit others from using the creations, most paysites would likely have to retain local counsel in the US or a country of the than that of the paysite. That costs money. Now suppose the paysite wanted to go after the PMBD forum and its indivual members or just individual people. Well, that is funny. The money and manpower that would take would cost more than most of these sites bring in (that is to track each individual, file against him/her,etc. ) The money expended for the investigation alone would be astronomical. First, the ISP would have to give up each individual. This would likely require a subpoena (about $30 per individual). Hell, then the the filing fees alone would likely break most paysites (think about $50 x the amount of sharers). This won't even count the fees for serving the pleading.
Sorry to go off topic, but I get sick of hearing how paysites want to construe the EULA because the sites think it will give them some sort legal leg to stand on. In reality, they should just sit down and STFU.
