1 a couple of people talk about simscave, the pvp dls there and if it's 'allowed' to download pay stuff for free there
2 a mod pops in and tells them that the simforum generally doesn't support filesharing sites and that they should stop discussing about it & that those discussions free vs. pay always go round in circles anyway but that he/she keeps the thread open hoping that everything stays calm
3 they keep discussing if it's 'illegal' & the mod says 'yes and no', cause the eula was changed but people still connvive this and for her/him it's more about fairness and the ownership (lol) of others
4 someone quotes what he has read over at simscave

To answer your question: Yes, running a paysite featuring content for the Sims 2 is considered to be a violation of both the Electronic Arts Terms of Service and copyright law. This includes both content that is sold directly and content that is offered as part of a subscription service.
5 murano pops in and states that this statement is false and that the author of it was in the dark about the structure of the sims community + that he hopes that this thread is gonna be closed soon6 someone posts the link to coconuts blog (guess this was the first time that anybody over there saw it )
7 everybody's whining that the discussion is pointless and that they already discussed it several times
8 solander (pimp my sims) writes reams about how he thinks a community doesn exist anymore and that pay creators are buying high-end pcs & massage chairs instead of paying traffic fees as they state
9 sasi pops in and first whines about being blamed for squeezeing money out of kids, but then claimes that solanders post was the best she has read in the last years (aha... )
10 others are cheering solander for what he wrote & sasi declares that she's stepping down as a FA stating that 'if there's no pay stuff anymore the question if it's illegal is unnecessary'
11 everybody's cheering sasi for stepping down and her statement
that's it atm, as I told ya, a bit confusing and everybody seems to contradict themself...
typos over typos, sorry...
