My issue with the whole paysite thing is not really the "I want something for free" (though I do) or the striking down of paysites because they are operating in opposition of EA's EULA (which they are and therefore must be destroyed).
My biggest issue is that if I go to the mall to pay for something, then there is a guarantee associated with what I purchased. I can look at and examine or even try on an item before I buy it. If I get home and it doesn't work, or in most cases if I just don't like it, I can return it for my money or at minimum an exchange or store credit.
However with paysites, you cannot inspect items before purchasing - most pictures of items are touched up to cover flaws and presented at flattering angles. Any picture of an object will never truly represent how it will look in-game. But I can't return the item for my money back - even if it is completely defective and grossly misrepresented.
If these paysite owners want to operate in a free trade society, then they can't be facists about the way they conduct business.
