CONSPIRACY ALERT!
Thomass wouldn't upgrade the current crappy TSR search "tool" because...(wait for it)
There may be a diamond in the rough or two in the abyss of calamities and despair (aka TSR free section), but are you really gonna sit there for hours scrolling through thousands of puppy-decorated shower curtains for the good stuff? Some sheeple (and normal beings with their own brain are known to fall for this too) would just see the much easier-to-navigate (yet still crappy) FA pages with their doctored-up previews and think "Oh! There's good stuff right here! I don't need to go searching anymore!" and get a subscription. And then sadly realize that Chaz's hair really does look in bad in-game as it does in pictures.
I think this could be a hidden strategy of Thomass... :lol:

This what it's all about, people. Or at least for me. Whenever someone "sees the light" and stops giving money to greedy paysites, then PMBD is doing its job.
Don't beat yourself up too much, at least you know better now and won't give a cent to Thomass again! And hell, if you've paid for the subscription you might as well put it to use, no? :twisted:
And we don't hate you. :lol: PMBD isn't as bad as others say. Sure, there are some bitchfights and have a very low tolerance for 12-ness, but we're all human here. Well...maybe not all of us... :lol:

At the same time they have extremely inappropriate clothing for what they claim is a "kid friendly" site. I believe one of the sample downloads at the "how to download" frontpage has a thong, or at least bottoms that don't have enough butt-coverage. If I had a nickel for everytime I saw something slutty on TSR... |

And June's bestseller is the Omg, I can see your nipples shirt, I posted. . Bestseller means one person bought it--either someone who subscribed to the site just out of curiousity and/or to use the clothes to torture their sims OR Cardrew is lying that he has customers. Of course, there's a sucker born every minute. The fact that someone would pay for the nipple shirt... :shock: And I just noticed the "Face of Niven Contest"...did other people actually submit their sims or did Cardew make them all and pointlessly have a competition? |

Jesus swiveled swiftly, and in the blink of an eye broke off two of the desk's legs. Rolling under one of the vampire's legs, he leaped to his feet, and staked them both in the heart, through their backs. They turned to dust, and he turned to face the last couple of vampires. The vampires, however, had fled, obviously no match for the Son of God's inexplicably amazing martial arts skills.
I just skimmed for it for now, but this part...was amazing. I love the "Jesus! Behind you!" :lol: The MCR/HP crossover breaks more rules than just the fanfiction ones...it defies the unspoken rules of mankind...and of God. :lol: |

Can't you just see them, though? A long line of genderless, drag/tranny looking sims, shuffling like zombies under the weight of their eye-scarring Carla Niven outfits and badly animated Peggy hair... *shudders* Ugh...I don't want to even picture that... :shock: There's a new Niven outfit out. (I would post a pic...but I can't figure out how to yet...><) I think's Cardrew's been improving. At least her breasts aren't showing. |

The children that do that work really hard on the bios and storylines to go with the sim they upload, not understanding that all their hard work is futile.
When I download sims, I hardly ever keep them the way their creators intended unless if I think it suits the sim. (I usually download sims for the genetics). I create a story and personality in my mind for my sims as well, but why would I expect people who download them to think the same? I will never get how people like Aikea_guinea never shares their sims because they have an emotional attachment to them. Hell, I'm fond enough of my sims enough to not murder them (Well, usually fond enough), but I'm more than happy to share them. |

[  Whaddya think? Now that I look at the pictures outside of the game, I think the anathomy is a bit weird around the waist and the crotch. I don't know... Maybe I'll try to fix it. Maybe not. :roll: I love this suits, Berg, like all the rest of your stuff!  If you put these up I will download them in a heartbeat!  Personally, I don't see any problems with them, but I am not blessed/cursed with the meticulous attention to detail that artists have. |

I came across a very disturbing simpage once that had sims with special stories to go with them.
It was scary. There were al these skanky girls, and in the description it was like: "So and so, mom of so and so. She got pregnant at 11 and is a prostitute." and then, "So and so, daughter of aforementioned slut. She is starting to be a slut like her mom, she recently had sex with a guy and gave him a blow job."
:shock: I don't know what's more disturbing, that simpage or the fact that I've seen that sort of things several times on the Exchange. I suppose some of my sims that I've uploaded for the PMBD cause are more "goth" or "dark" rather than the OMGILOVEFOBPETEWENTZCHANGEDMYLIFE!!! emos. You can see on my simpage ( http://thesims2.ea.com/mysimpage/uploads.php?user_id=542445) which sims have gotten the most downloads..."Emo Kawachi" has gotten 200 or so I believe while the teen girl (with the fracking glitched peggy cap) has gotten the least, suprisingly. I would have thought she would have been most popular because most simmers are teen girls, and she had "cute hair" in the summary. I suggest, if you're making a slutty sim, go for the blond hair, tan skin, whore makeup style. The BBS kids seem to like that. :lol: |
