Pescado may hate all the warm and fuzzies...but...normal people need it once in awhile.

You know somewhere down deep in the sub-cockles of his heart, he loves the squishy thanks feeling, too.

And, of course, extra appreciation must go to the ones who have to plunder Atwat's, Carla Niven's, Spice Sims', and Glamour Sims' crap. D:

Yes, you lot deserve Medals of Honour or something like that.  How you can look at those creators' things and keep your relatively firm grasp on reality is fan-freakin-tastic!  Huzzah!

Edit:  Grammar is our friend...

Btw, I guess Google basically list sites using their meta tags.
No google largely ignores keywords. Sites are ranked by how many pages link to them.

That's part of it.  There is a science to SEO, and most of it has to do with page content, META tags, ALT tags, H1 tags, etc.  It's not just links or META tags.  If only it was that easy!

Thanks for proving my point about SEO.  Just think if we get all the really free sites out there spiffed up how much traffic we could turn away from the paysites!!!

There's a way to disable the blink tag for all websites. Type about:config in the address bar, put blink in the filter box then double click on browser.blink_allowed to toggle its value from true to false. Smiley

God (of your choice) bless you for posting this!

I'm going to fix it all since I like the hair...

Make sure you demand a cut of whatever Peggy and her Minions of EVILLE are making off their craptacular crap, since you know...  You actually did their work for them, since they couldn't be bothered.

From now on, when referring to the person who sent you that email, I shall refer to s/h/it as "The Penis Asker".

Why?

Just cuz...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but FFSS's policy states something to the effect of "no links to or mentioning file-share-friendly sites or you can't be a member of our club", correct?

Hmmm...

It seems to me that perhaps FFSS wants to have their cake and eat it, too.  I mean, it seems like they want to play both sides against the middle and "be friends" with the paysite owners as well as with the freesite owners.  And that's just crap.  I say shit or get off the pot.  This is definitely one of those issues where you can't stay in the middle and kiss the asses of people on both sides.  When those lawsuits and the cease and desist orders come down, where are you going to fall?

Are they threatening to sue you?  Is that why you're apologising?  Is it just me, or am I being really, really cynical?

So Marilu posted this on my Live Journal:

... I write this way as you ("all") are so cowardly to barricade/hide, otherwise I could register, but you prefer to bitch behind others backs.

Why does everyone say we're hiding?  I use the same damned user name on all of the forums I belong to, and I know that Nouk and Liegen-whatever (sorry, love, I'm too damned lazy to figure out how to spell your name correctly!) have user names that also indicate who they are, and they're way more well known than I am.  And I know without a doubt there are others of you who are in same boat - Pescado and Ren for example.

So...  How are we hiding over here?  Just because we don't go around saying, "Hi, my name is Fiona Skye, I live in Tucson, AZ at 123 Main Street and my phone number is 520-555-2121", we're hiding?  Hell, I call that common sense, not hiding.  This is a bloody public forum that has links on so many different places - it's not exactly a secret.

So...  I ask again - how are we hiding?  Maybe Ms. Marilu-Britches-in-a-Twist would care to answer?
