Thats what I do once a year or so. But its mainly cause I'm lazy. I like the shopping basket option. 1 click dump the item in the shopping basket when you're done download 200+ files all at once and install. Its a DL addicts heaven.

No worries just my paranoia. Back in the Sims 1 days people would stump a toe and ask for donations because they were disabled and couldn't work anymore to maintain their Sims habits. But this is a different community and I'm glad to see things work out.

Well I am certainly glad to hear that people are looking out for those in the community. I wish the members of SFV the best in re-establishing their community. 

My my things have certainly changed. I remember when SIH was on Geocities with one picture of a bed going neener neener. 

Yes I know I am late to this but I agree with everyone here this stinks. Do we even know for sure that this RDS person is actually in contact with SIH or that they aren't taking the opportunity to profit from the demise of SFV. I haven't seen SIH post anything just alot or relaying back and forth.

I'm not being mean but ya know when you've seen this sorta thing since the Sim 1 days you kinda get good at sniffing out the shit even when its been sprayed down with Gucci.

2 of my favorite games are put out by the worst money grubbin gaming companies out there. SOE and EA. I've found EA to be the lesser of the 2 evils and I don't mind them so much.

When did they start doing that? I have tons of XM styles all colors that are not binned. Must me the most recently ones. I think starting with the one that has the little lace hair thingie that they starting binning I have ones from before then.

The Banana Republic referred to, was a Sims 1 site not to be confused with the retail stores.

There is horrid history of greed associated with the owner of Banana Republic, CosyCole aka CashCole. It was exorbitantly over priced crappy stuff. With the exception of a few items by a creators who's names I can't remember now (some are still around). All of it with a heavy ethnic theme.

Bah sometimes I miss all the drama we had in Sims 1 *sigh*

I love the XM textures... but they aren't binned. Can someone teach these folks how to bin their hair.

No don't have SimPE and won't have it as long as it requires. .NET

Someone needs to make a hair bin tool that doesn't require SimPE or .NET

I've given up on finding masculine looking mature hair styles for male sims. Maybe its a cultural difference or an age difference but I don't like men with long hair ie. below the ears.

So is this the norm and acceptable to have a host where you have to go through hell and high water to speak to a live tech support person?

I go there for the updates and WCIF. I don't chit chat its too cliquish and happy happy joy joy. Not to mention they remind me alot of Liquid Stars from the sims 1 days.
