I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but Apple is beginning to take the patterns available at COLOURlovers and passing them off as their own "exclusive creations" without credit (It's Apple's new 'Geometriks' series).  I'm also pretty sure they didn't ask the creators & site itself for permission to use them on a paysite either.

A shirt that nearly has the sims tatas hanging out is totally "family friendly".
