Cybercrimes aren't a pay-to-sue offence, they're criminal, they get pursued by simply being done. Federal authorities take care of it, you don't have to pay a cent. You weren't be sueing them through a lawyer, the charges after having sufficient evidence gathered, would be pressed by a prosecutor.
