Just trying to tax online businesses would be a logistical nightmare. The thousands of porn sites, the online casinos that are hosted on independent islands but whose customer base is largely US citizens. Etc..

I really don't see it happening. But they can dream.

It was only a matter of time. The IRS smelling money is like a pack of sharks smelling blood. But it may be a good thing for us gamers. If they make it too complicated to sell "goods" we might see less people jumping on the bandwagon on a whim.

Well, if we cut-out the light & fluffy, the spam, the redundant paysite bashing and everything already covered at MATY that leaves nothing but the booty update notices and the broken files thread.

My first thought as I read this thread was the old "Pirate Song" by Ray Stevens. The pirate captain is talking about going out to rob, loot and pillage. groggin' and wenchin' etc. and one pipes up "I don't like it. It's not me" Sorry, I just had to share that.  

I tried to board a few times late last night and got some weird server message so I guess the ship went down and had to have her barnacles scraped or something.
