That's very nice of you, dstar! Smiley

I love the green energy theme, too. I'll try to find a good design for a beach lot because I keep getting alot of nature sims and the only thing for them to do is hunt bugs and get chased by bees all day because the beach lots I love sometimes don't have much space for veggie gardens, orchards, lakes and whatnot.

Feel free to constructively criticize this - I love building lots and have only recently started working from real house plans so anything to improve the lot - really

The enclosed front porch--I like it! Its a good thing it matches all the Keef1973 houses I have from MTS2 because I have all of them. I grabbed it. Smiley *sigh* DL folder just bustid. Sad I stay out of this thread usually because I cant help myself and my lots that I build kindda sux so I'm always looking for more.

I wish I had you guys years ago when I was in the community trenches trying to prove sub prime lending was a scam and would collapse the economy. Organizin'--ur doin it rite!

I have a free account at TSR. I don't know what it can be used for but I don't use it for anything but to scroll through FA/SA creations and see what I want from the booty. Nobody knows me because I don't create or talk to anyone and the SN is different. Just putting that out there in case I can help because you guys are giving me the "power to the people" bug again. Smiley

I also have a glitch downstairs by the pools...I cant get rid of it and dont know whats causing it!

Sorry to respond late but I wanted to help because the same glitch happened to me and after a few trillion trials I figured out how to fix it. Delete the 2 rounded edges of the pool where the green glitch is. Also delete the floor tiles around the mysterious blue hole that is left. Use the square pool builder tool to cover the entire mysterious blue hole with a 3 x 1 tiny square pool (in your case), then delete it using the ctrl-click function rather than undo. After you delete the tiny pool you just built, the land should be back to normal and then you can go back and redo the two rounded edges and the floor tiles with out the green glitch. I DLed your house from the exchange so I could make sure I did it right and yep, it did work. Great house, btw. I'm gonna keep it for my legacy fam when they get disgustingly rich. Smiley

For some reason, the rounded edge pool building tool doesn't like for you to place it on/near floor tiles. You've got to put the rounded pool edges down first and then the floor.

edited for typo.

Cool, the mermaid!

I was reading the other thread where you first posted this and now I do recognize the pose from that model. You captured it well. I think drawing a human and capturing their "humanness" is a great talent. I can't really draw at all so excuse my gushing. I draw storyboard stick figures when I make my sim videos. My stick figures PHAIL!

That mermaid is gorgeous and unlike any other depiction of a mermaid I've seen. Nice colors, too. Different from the usual aqua colors artists usually use.

Numernor is the oldest name I recall since I starting DLing CC in '06. I appreciate the free CEP very much. I'm not a forum member on any sim site and I don't know folks in the community but I lurk around enough on PMBD to know what's going on. I admire PMBD for sticking by the whole point of their anti-payfile movement and not giving Numenor an exception. Lashing out at pirates seems bizarre on Numernor's behalf but I think maybe his anger is misdirected and he may be angry at people who are making money using CEP and his other tools but he really can't do anything about it. And there's just one item of his in the booty and paysites are making $$$ using his tools. You'd think he had pages and pages of CC in the booty and was losing his rent money over that tanning bed.  Huh Seems strange. Just a thought.

Back to lurking.

I thought about putting a fence and gate, but didn't. I don't know, I may go put one in when I can play the sims again, and post an updated version.

I usually don't mind a minimal landscape for hotels. Its easier to convert it to fit another vac. type. The hotel looks great. I've been getting into victorian style lately since I got tired of modern contemporary after 3 years.
