Except that still doesn't make sense to me in the context of her statement. Why would TSR be more accessible to English speakers than MTS?

It simply isn't. I guess people just want to give their claims of TSR's superiority some substance. Hell, I started simming when I was a 12 - three years of English at school and I could browse MTS just fine.

Does anyone else see those little dots on that dress?  Are they meant to be part of the "shinyness"?

It looks like she's embossed a spotty texture into the dress.

But why on earth? Anything photoskinned and textured this way looks even more shitty in TS3 than it does in TS2. I wonder about the people downloading such things. Are they blind?

EDIT: Fug find!

I call these "black hole boobs." Not only have they begun to suck inward, but swirl while they're at it.

Holy Hannah ! I was looking for my bin bags and here they are ! And in such fetching colours ...

Here's one more for Halloween collection:
*strange spiky thing*
It surely hurts like hell.

Please, someone tell me that this isn't intentional. If it is, though, I wonder what a crappily-made mesh has to do with Halloween. It's scary, yes, but WTF is up with people putting some shit like this up for download ?

On second thought, please don't answer this question. I think I'm better off not knowing.

*snip: seriously scary wannabe hooker*

Oh.My.God. This is scary - not only because of the ... thing itself. This is a picture I would have weeded out as a site owner - immediately. Teh stupid, it hurts.

Sorry to go back a few pages, but I thought of another thing EA took from the community and put in a game. Its not much, no object or clothing, but in the photo album you can order with BV, when your sim opens it there are some pictures in it. All of them are pictures they released to show The Sims 2 back in 2004, except on. Its of fanseelamb's Brokeback Mountain Sims.

That picture has gained a lot of attention, yes.

Here is an upcoming set of walls by TSR FA hatshepsut :

I'd always choose any of the "Project: Tuscany" walls by Jasiuuu at MTS2 over that. (http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=2102899)

Okie dokie. I'll get one that doesn't flash, eh?  Lips sealed
In the meantime:

*ewwww

I'd like to know what's in those panties that's making them so poofy, actually.

Those panties look unreal (even for the Sims)... and I don't WANT to know what's hiding in there.

I didn't see the sig, but the avi is causing me to skip each and every one of your posts. Sorry, but I don't find Hitler amusing.

Seconded. Please, as a German and an aspiring historian, I urge you, Austere,  to change your avatar. That man is not and has never been funny. Every time I see him, I remember what I've read, I remember the pictures I've seen. Kind of hindering when I want to read your posts.

Edit: Clarification.

Either way, Thomas is always good for entertainment value, I suppose, although it could also be a lame attempt at distracting us from the Buggybooz/Shakeshaft drama.

I second that.

Still, if I had handed in that lame attempt at writing an official-sounding letter at university, they'd have given it back to me laughing. TSR's lack of logical thinking, let me show you it.

*Spring ? Right.

What I like about this set is the pictures. Which are in the background. And blurred out.  They, at least, look pretty - so the screenshot should've been done the other way round.

With us it's mostly the JWs. Some day my grandmother, an impressing and rather stubborn woman of almost 90 once tried and started to reasonably discuss their opinions with them. She openly adressed so many loopholes in the other woman's theories that she started to shout and become aggressive. They never ever came back. Now that my granny's dead they suddenly start reappearing but we just don't open the door anymore. JWs in our area are rather distinctive-looking.  Wink
