Yeah, my family ran on some pretty hard times... well, almost always! But there was a particularly bad time <blah blah> ate our pet rabbits <blah blah> looked like third world children, and all of that. Anyhow, I feel that the way everything went down made me a pretty damn unique person and I like who I am. I kind of wish that my kid knew what that was like, because it truly was an experience like no other and it did me worlds of good. But, in truth, there's no way in hell that I would ever deny him such crucial things as food, shelter, warmth, safety, and stability. I just can't. If he's hungry, he eats. That's it. But I do have to remind him a lot "When I was your age...". However, I suspect that he likes my stories, which is quite disheartening.

Well, if they would stop adding bullshit to their games, people would stop suing their asses, and maybe actually want to play some of EA's games, no? Ah, well, there's no accounting for bad business, I guess. It sucks that people are losing their jobs, though.

Mmhmm, mmhmm (nods head). Wait, what? No, no, dear, no 12s here. 18+ only. [that's right, kids, I'm talking to you. Isn't it past your bedtime? ] But, yes, that's probably not something people want popping up when they're not really looking. On the other hand, it illustrates quite nicely the point that TSR is full of shit. And on that subject: To me, it looks as if that girl was raped. Most certainly not something I'd want my child having in a game.

Heyah, Roselle! The FAQ (at the very bottom!) has this to say: DO hotlink images from paysites. Most paysites either already milk their customers for enough cash to cover it already, or they will go down. This is a win for us and causes butthurt for them.
MOAR BUTTHURT says I. Just remember no hotlinkey frees, and all shall be well.

Yup, I lurvs me some clutter. I nearly orgasmed when I found that thread. Before that, I was pretty good about staying away from custom objects that I really didn't need. Now, I must have it all!

Those windows should go in the Free Contents Pwns Paysite Crap thread! Marylou's are awesome. I wonder if those T$R ones use the repository thingy. Marylou's do, and it's been quite useful for me. Not to mention, Marylou's set has ones that go across two, three, and four tiles, which are incredibly cool and much prettier. I notice in that screenshot that the little window is on one tile, whereas Marylou has one high-up like that that's centered on two tiles - which would fit much better on that particular wall in the pic. And personally, I wouldn't get much use out of the two-story windows, but that's just me.

I love my sisters and when it comes to my brother... well, it's better now that he lives is Paris and stopped trying to kill me. (Oh yes, he tried. Bare hands, shovel to the head, rocks to the skull, bowlingball on the head from the second floor, good ol-fashioned choking...)
Well, my brother was never quite as bad as that, but his friends on the other hand... There was a neighbor boy who practically lived at our house for years. Did you know that Avon Skin-so-Soft is highly flammable? Well, I didn't. Not until he sprayed the flames in my face! And then there were the BB guns... the loaded 22 in my face half the time... and the fun they both had seeing how long they could hold me under water until I passed out. I feel a bit like Chaos in the fact that my bro turned out pretty sweet (no meds, though). Actually, I'm amazed at what an incredibly pacifistic person my older brother is today, considering the company he kept.
