The mesh is weird but I don't mind the bottom half of the texture.  The top half confuzzles me.

Just because someone has a free site doesn't mean their actions cannot be questioned.  I may enjoy someone's creations, but I have the right to tell them that I feel his/her action/reaction is fucked up.  While I think Calalily came on a little strong, her questions were valid.

Unfortunately for Calalily (and really, everyone else),  I think Aikea has already responded to the questions the best that she can and the results are unsatisfactory.  By her answers, I feel she's just trying to push that behind her instead of taking some time and introspecting on her actions that led her here.  I can't fault her for feeling that way, but by doing so, it remains unresolved.

I'm reminded of Enron and how many people were left with nothing (their pensions gone and their stock worthless) because of the higher ups that failed them.  The resulting court case against the higher ups lasted years and they were asked a lot of questions on wtf happened and why did they do what they did.

So, this isn't going away.  Not by a long shot.  Go brew some tea and go for a walk.  It will be ongoing when you return.

They used to be.  It was one of the first Sims 2 paysites that I knew of.

I backed it up too.  I think more people should though and it's easy to.  Let the page load and then do "file"-"save as".  Make sure you have it on webpage complete and it will save all the images for you.

I'm surprised, but at the same time not, by how many names I did not recognize.  It's alarming how many people had access to it.

And Atwat, since I know you're reading this, you are a despicable person.  I'm glad I'm not your god because I'd have my work cut out for me punishing you as much as you deserve to be.

I forgot that you could do that!  Thank you.  Now I don't have to squash (adblock) those stupid eggs every time they evolve.  Seems like I was having to do it everyday. 

If you are talking about the same site I'm thinking of, I was *pissed* when they went pay.  Donations are one thing but to put a pay wall down on creations that were made for fun, for others to enjoy, and not for financial gain is just so wrong. 

I don't know about now but back when I played, Neopets wasn't run by Americans.  It was a UK site.  I looked it up.  It was bought by Viacom in 2005, but yes, was originally a UK site.  No wonder it's just a greedy hog now.

I was quite into Neopets until my sister's boyfriend stole over 800,000 gold I made, wiping me out.  I pretty much quit after that.  :/  When I quit they were only just starting with the merchandising with keychains and such at Claire's.  I looked at it earlier this year and now you have to spend real money to get anything good on that site.  It pisses me off.

I don't know if anyone else plays, but I'm also on Gaia Online and it's really pissing me off how everything good is pay now and super expensive.  $10 for one pixel item.  >.<
