ETA: Does Sweden have a law that's equivalent to COPPA? If they don't, I'm not sure that they have to abide by it. It'd be great if they got busted for disobeying it, though.
I dunno. We have CEOP over here in the UK, not sure if there is an EU-wide law though. Would COPPA not kick in if the children in question are in the US?
Why they are soliciting this kind of info - I mean full name and postal address, come on - from children as young as 9 is beyond me. We all know only dud accounts and SAs win the prizes, so the excuse that 'we need your address for giving out prizes' is pure bull.
