Ok i don't know if this has been mentioned or not but Sim PE is finally up for download for those of you that have seasons.....now i know that it's bloated and a monstrosity, but until we get something else, I'm happy!  Hair binning yay!! :D

This can't be true.  I'd have heard about it by now if it was.

I had no problem with the hair binning tool of the previous version.

SimPE scares me. I D/L it and could not for the life of me figure it out. It had all these buttons and I didn't know what they did and I didn't know how to do anything... and... and... Well it just scared me. (really it does. It kept telling me that anything I did could screw my game up. I hate warnings like that. LOL) :lol:

Just back everything up and try all of the buttons! It's funny and also a good way to learn how to use it  :wink:

Yeah and it also works with Life Stories!

SimPE is evil... it did bad things to my game.

Well, just like you don't start to mess around with say... regedit or whatever if you don't know what you're doing, you shouldn't mess around with SimPE either (unless you back everything up first, of course, as cogitoergosim so wisely said  :wink: ). Otherwise you're most likely to ruin your game, sooner or later.

Try a couple of basic tutorials instead. Start with something easy like recolouring and move on from there and you'll see what a lovely little tool it is (in spite of what Pescado says...)

Also, be sure when you download and install the new SimPE for Seasons to get the newest version of Nvidia DDS Utilities.  It has also been updated.  The new Seasons SimPE will NOT WORK with the older version of Nvidia DDS for recolors of Maxis objects.
