3 things...

1.  If you google "peggy (http://paysites.mustbedestroyed.org/booty/peggy/)" she is the first hit.  JUST peggy (http://paysites.mustbedestroyed.org/booty/peggy/)! can you believe it?  We need to work harder, googlebombing, to bring the booty up to number 1.;)

2.  In her FAQ, she actually has, as the number 1 entry (after all the crap about why they need donations "All items here are for personal use only , NEVER use any item of this site for any business reason please "  It would have been nice if she'd read that in the EULA, right?

3.  I looked and looked, but it seems that sites are now allowed to package her meshes with their recolors.  Where at one time they were not.  Guess her hired monkey got tired of answering "you can recolor" to so many e-mails asking about meshes :)

So to googlebomb, we would just do this?

1.I used to get the booty first. Thats how I found the whole site (PMBD) and eventually the forums.

2. Peggy seems to act like she doesn't understand a lot. Notice I say act. I've had friends report to her that one mesh or other wasn't working/crashed/fucked up their game and she just played the i don't understand card. And why would we use them for businesss? How would we use them for business?

3. :lol: People do that whether she likes it or not so she can't give us permission to do it

i sent peggy (or her translator lol) a link to the booty and got a response along the lines of "thank you friend for reporting this, friend. you are a true friend. we will look into this as soon as possible, FRIEND."

i responded saying it wasn't a report and i got a response telling me how to get the meshes to work in game lol!

little things like that... argh!!

It would show up more often if you stuck it in your siggy :P  Plus found abandoned forums to bomb.  I'll set up a place in mine if you all want to spend some time spamming it with links to peggy or other sites you hate?
There was a thread here somewhere with a few abandoned forums ... one called "I hate harry potter" or something, lol.

I have a forum with... let's say 10 active members, on a good day  :D  but we like us some spam-a-lot there so we might be of some help...

Ah, but it's a Swedish forum  :) ! So I never link to it anywhere since, well, it's not that interesting to most  :wink:

The URL is http://skinforum.pupvintage.com/index.php however, and I've now set a spam forum up called "Peggy" so everyone can come there and spam without having to register  :lol: !

In russian search engine you can buy the first line in search results, so may be it works for google too... I mean it would be cool if we could buy the first line for peggy :)

btw, there is a way to include all search phrases into html code of the site, it will work much better, than writing it in every post.

Er, no, she isn't.

well I am not sure how to put this in the booty.. Because the booty list is not actually a html page, it's just the content of everything, that is in the ftp directory.
There is a way though.
Look. If you open peggy's folder of booty and do "save page as", it will be saved to your pc as a html document. now we can open it in notepad or wordpad and replace this
 
to the one I mentioned above. Then rename the file into index.html and upload it to peggy directory. So when you go there - you will see this file, looking the same, as when we saved it. all the links should work and so on. except for the title, that would be different.
There is only one "but". You see there are the dates, when the subfolders were last updated. The dates would remain the same as when we created this page.
I'm not sure, that there are no other ways.
There is also a possibility to insert some words in the forum using <description> tag. But I don't remember which file should be edited for that... May be index.php, may be not ... This is even better, because you can insert all the paysites names in it and noone will be able to see it, only search engines.

btw, if you google "peggy booty" we are the first ones ^.^

well, if someone knows enough to search "booty" then they have probably already found it :P  The point is to come up on normal search results.  So the innocents can stumble on it.

If you google 'RaonSims' then there's a link to a booty, its one of the firsts that come up :D Huzzah!

I did a search last night for peggys, and I noticed 2 sites came up, one is peggysims2 .net and the other is .com they shown up right next to  other on the top of the search engine. Now I've been trying to find that again, but I cant remember they keywords I used or if it was google or yahoo.

The .com site doesn't seem to be peggys, I'm not sure if she registered that herself or if someone else nabbed it  :twisted: (anyone know?)

it's amazing the lengths that some sites go to buying up all the domain names like TSR who has got quite a few bought up. I have thesimsresource.info which, when I have time, I will either use as an information source for TSR  :twisted: or loan it to anyone who needs it for the same purpose. At the moment I have it linked directly to the booty,  but I will have to add some meta tags to an index page that will link there soon .

I remember the last time people here tried using abandoned forums for googlebombing, it ended up moving the "bombed" sites lower in the rankings rather than higher.
At the time, it was suggested that we just casually link them in conversation, Wikipedia-style.

For instance:

People will just scroll down and see us.

I think the only reason raonsims booty shows up second is a fluke. "raonsims" is an unusual word.

Not sure if forum bombing has any effect...as somebody said, they found it just moves the bombed site DOWN instead of UP.

And yeah, you're right. "Peggy  (http://paysites.mustbedestroyed.org/booty/peggy/)" is a much more common word, and so is less likely to bomb well. But Raon (http://paysites.mustbedestroyed.org/booty/raon/)is a weird word, so it would come up with only the few mentions.

Here's an, for being me with no sleep for 24 hours, unusually bright idea: couldn't an admin *coughPescadocough* via the word censor function make it so that every time someone on here types "Peggy" it automatically becomes Peggy (http://paysites.mustbedestroyed.org/booty/peggy/) (apply to any other site that gets a lot of mention, TSR anyone?)

Searching Google for Raon (http://paysites.mustbedestroyed.org/booty/raonsims/) the booty came up fourth for me.  I went through 16 pages of Peggy Sims 2 (http://paysites.mustbedestroyed.org/booty/peggy/) and still didn't see the booty, and 20 pages of just Peggy (http://paysites.mustbedestroyed.org/booty/peggy/) without finding the booty either. :(
