The site seems to be down right now so I can't check for what page it's on. I don't know if the people at Peggy just "made" their own version, or whether they used the same mesh.

I don't know, I can't keep track of them! I swear they're all the same. But I know it's definitely an Asian pop star. I recognise her from somewhere.

As for Ayumi, could be, but I think her eyes are a bit bigger than that. The ones from the girl in the picture look too... Ethnic, I suppose, for Ayumi (I tell you, the woman looks scary sometimes, those eyes.... geesh).

Yeah. I thought the same thing the first time I saw the hairstyle in question-- which, I suppose, means it's an at least slightly accurate reproduction.
