As far as I'm concerned, Tarox is one of the few creators who makes sets worth downloading. They're not the same ol' modernistic pieces one sees on at least 75% of the sites out there, and they look fantastic in-game. He (at least I hope it's a "he"; otherwise, I've just really embarrassed myself) seems to take great care in how he creates his work .... not just slaps it together to make a few bucks. And funny ... I don't notice any "donation" sets. And whenever I look there, I don't even SEE a donation button. If his site runs low on bandwidth, then one has to wait until next month, and I happily wait.
