How weird. It's showing up free for me now too. I was definitely logged in before when it showed up as pay. Hmm.

@Huge Lunatic: I know right? There are a ton of recolors everywhere. I saw those quilts and afghans on Flickr and couldn't resist. The patterns look equally good on your single bed mesh, thanks for making it.

Every attempt I've made to make a mesh of my own has ended in tears so I console myself with blanket recolors of Jonesi's awesome blanket (plus 10 slaves! 11 if you count Huge Lunatics single bed version. Which I do. I love being able to recolor one thing and have it show up on twelve different things.) Anyhoo:

All I remember about Monica was the insane registration policies of her forum: "You must log in at least every third Thursday of every month that ends in the letter Y and you must also post in odd threads on the 2nd Tuesday of your choice and even threads on Saturdays after 10 p.m. EST but only during months that start with the letter J. Failure to do so will result in the deletion of your account." Said forum is now defunct, I think. Hmm.

A search of this site brings up three other references to "streetchicers" all talking about it being a nice free site so the site isn't new but maybe the change to a paysite is? Anyway, this should've gone in "Talk about the Booty" probably instead of a new thread.
