I'll try using buildDXT. I've heard that someone used it for skintones, so perhaps it will work for clothes. 0.o When you build the DXT, make sure you select "None" under the "Sharpen" option. (Mine always defaults to "Smoothen", and I have to change it every time.) That will create the texture without making it pixelated or streaky. You can then compress it for a smaller file size with minimal texture loss by selecting compression under the "Resource" tab (as opposed to the Plugin View tab.) It works great for hair as well as skin, so it should be fine for clothing. I have the hardest time getting things to look nice with DXT. Thanks for the tip, I might give it a shot.

+2 nice points for Calalily. I used to think I was a mean pirate - until others broke it to me that I am not. I wish I were meaner. They're lovely naceygirl - and what a cool preview picture - I love the names - I suck at naming things. Thanks Calalily, darl. I have to know names for colours. I've been painting since I was a kid, raised by artists, so it's kinda been beaten into me to be descriptive with my colours. LOL. We have to know words like Cadmium Red, Pthalo Blue, Cerulean, etc. LOL! I'm also thinking of making a strictly fantasy set of these eyes, kinda like the violet one above. Just cause I like making fancy coloued eyes. He-he. Cheers, Nacey. (Who thinks Cala is as mean as she needs to be and no more. LOL!)

Aw - well I'll step out of the line then - I do have one funny man already (plus awaiting committment ceremony with Hec - I got my dress on and everything  ). I tell all men - as a helpful advisory - being funny will get you laid - lots. I personally swoon at a funny guy - and it seems the rest of us do too. Oh yes. I love a funny man. In fact, I won't date a man unless me makes me guffaw. Or at least has a healthy sense of humour. I think that's why when, the entire time I was watching Xena:WP, I was in love with Joxer. (Though I had a pretty big girly-hard-on for Ares too). While I'm here, my newest set:

It has, probably a million pages ago in this same thread.
No one knows for sure, except the FAs. Each FA makes different amounts, depending on how well they played "lets make a deal" with Thomass, and apparently they don't even know how much the other FAs make.
Some reportedly make in the hundreds of dollars a month, if I'm not mistaken Thomass offered Nouk something like $500 a month to go to TSR. :-O !!!! You're KIDDING!! That's insane! I mean, Nouk would be the first artist that, you know, actually deserved the money because her creations are actually well made, but JEEZUS! Nouk - were you polite when you declined him? I'd have a hard time being nice to him, I think. That's crazy. I hate to think what some of those people make over there.

She's USING MY FONT! That's MY FUCKING HANDWRITING on their CRAP PAGE! Ohhh, ohhhh man. I give that away for free on my page, I don't make rules about who can use it. But generally good people email me if they're using it on something they're charging for (site, packaging, whatever) and ask about it. And having my font, as stupid and sloppy as it is (it was one of my first fonts) makes me so upset!

Sherrie - just gorgeous!
Ah, I am a pink and purple nutball. I love pink. But not insipid pinks. Warm earthy pinks or violent party pinks. I like violets, mauve, lavender, fuscia (Loooooove fuscia), all those colours. If one looks at the clothes I've downloaded in the Sims, there's black, gold, pink, purple and then various other weird colours (brown, orange, green). Pink and purple are the dominant colours.
I really do need to diversify my downloads LOL!

*Sighs* Oh boy. Did *not* mean to start "Which is the best Doctor" debate, though it's pretty friendly for the noo.
No, what I was referring to was who those not into Doctor Who, your average joe channel-flicker, thinks of when someone says to him "Doctor Who".
It's invariably a strange hat, a big coat, a scarf and crazy hair. And some Daleks for good measure. And Sarah Jane is pretty much the closest to being the most recognisable companion.
Though, I will take Tennant as challenging Tom Baker's place as most easily identifiable Doctor. Cause, well - he's everywhere. (And I don't mind at all... *Swoon*)
